GENERAL
i aim to provide a fun and lightweight working enviroment for both parties, where both of us can be satisfied with our finished product while at the same time, not stress or overwork ourselvesas i am pretty new to commissions, my TOS may change in the future, it is suggested the client screenshots the current TOS at the moment of requesting a commission so there are no misunderstandings in the futurePAYMENTS
Payment is due after the sketch is finished

you get unlimited revisions so please be cooperative im willing to remake one part like 6+ times until youre satisfied with it, if you dont like something about the artwork please state so, i want to deliver the best product possible so dont be afraid to communicateDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Depending on your idea the time needed might change drastically
optimally i would prefer working with no deadline, but an average is:
Vtuber models = 4 ~ 5 weeks
Regular Artwork = 1 ~ 2 weeksUSE
My models are tested using webcam tracking (+ Vbridger in models that have it), it is highly recommended that clients tweak the settings for the tracking inside of vtube studiounless i specify otherwise, credit must be duewhen i finish the project, i am allowed to use the finished product to promote my rigging/art services, this is usually done in the form of showcases and social media postsINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
you will get full ownership over the commercial rights of the finished artwork (note, this doesnt include anything that isnt the finished artwork, like wip screenshots and videos or source files)REFUNDS
only partial refunds can be made, as i alredy make significants amount of work up until payment
the average refund is of 50% of the total price (-Tax)
